Delete Account

تطبيق «مراقب» — خطوات حذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائيًا.

خطوات الحذف

  1. افتح تطبيق مراقب على جهازك.
  2. روح لتبويب الإعدادات.
  3. انزل لآخر الصفحة، وهتلاقي «حذف الحساب» باللون الأحمر.
  4. اضغط عليه وأكّد في رسالة التأكيد.

بمجرد التأكيد، هيتسجّل خروجك فورًا وهترجع لشاشة الترحيب.

البيانات اللي بتتمسح نهائيًا

  • اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني (لو كنت مسجّلهم)
  • رصيدك ومحافظك
  • كل سجل معاملاتك (الإضافات والمصروفات)

البيانات دي متخزّنة على جهازك فقط، وبتتمسح فورًا ونهائيًا — مفيش نسخة منها على أي خادم.

البيانات اللي ممكن تفضل محفوظة

لو سبق واستخدمت صندوق الاقتراحات في الإعدادات، رسالتك (مع اسمك وبريدك إن وُجدا) بتتخزّن منفصلة عن حسابك على خادمنا، ومش بتتمسح تلقائيًا مع حذف الحساب.

لو عايز نمسح الرسائل دي كمان، ابعتلنا طلب حذف عن طريق نفس صندوق الاقتراحات في التطبيق (قبل ما تحذف حسابك)، واذكر إنك عايز نمسح بياناتك.

"Watcher" (مراقب) — how to permanently delete your account and data.

Deletion steps

  1. Open the Watcher (مراقب) app on your device.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom, where you'll find "Delete account" in red.
  4. Tap it and confirm in the confirmation dialog.

Once confirmed, you're signed out immediately and returned to the welcome screen.

Data permanently deleted

  • Your name and email (if set)
  • Your balance and wallets
  • Your full transaction history

This data lives only on your device and is deleted immediately and permanently — no copy of it exists on any server.

Data that may be retained separately

If you previously used the suggestion box in Settings, that message (with your name and email, if provided) is stored separately from your account on our server, and isn't automatically deleted when you delete your account.

To have that removed too, send us a deletion request through the same suggestion box in the app (before deleting your account) and mention you'd like your data deleted.
